In Indonesia, its rise as a trend began in the 1990s, attracting a growing number of enthusiasts, particularly among the youth. Street dance's appeal lies in its freedom from strict forms, allowing dancers to move and express themselves in sync with the music's rhythm. It thrives on improvisation and instinct, making it a dynamic and vibrant dance style.

General 

1. Your Ticket/s are sold by the Promoters directly to the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the Terms & Conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.
2. Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competition, contests or sweepstakes. Tickets sold or used in breach of this condition may be nullified without a refund, where the Ticket Holder will be refused admission into the concert area with no exception. The Organizer is not responsible for the Ticket Buyer's negligence, resulting in the ticket falling into the hands of other parties, which can be used as an entry requirement, thereby eliminating the Ticket Buyer’s rights to enter the venue area.
3. Your Ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites (such as Viagogo, StubHub, tiketX, thekaryll, gigsgeeks, etc.), are not valid for admission. The resale of a Ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
4. Every Ticket Holder who comes to the event area is responsible for their own safety, health and personal security. The Sponsors/Band/Organizer/Management are not responsible for, including but not limited to any injury or damage that may occur to Ticket Holders during or in the event.
5. Your Ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the organizers.
6. All ticket sales are final. Tickets that have been sold cannot be exchanged and unable to be cashed out.
7. By purchasing the tickets to the Just Dance It Out 2025, you agree to the collection, storage and limited use of your personal data for the purposes of the Just Dance It Out.
8. By purchasing tickets to Just Dance It Out 2025, Ticket Buyers and Ticket Holders agree to comply with all the Terms & Conditions of the event that are determined and valid from time to time.
9. By purchasing tickets for Just Dance It Out 2025, The Ticket Holder grants the Organizer and Sponsors the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video and still footage made of the Ticket holder’s appearance on any channels, including but not limited to magazine, social media, and TV for broadcast in any and all media globally used for advertising, publicity and promotions relating thereto.
10. The Organizer has the right to refuse admission to and/or evict Ticket-Holders who do not abide by the Terms and Conditions of the event.
11. The Organizer has the right to process and prosecute in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations, both civil procedure and criminal procedure against people who obtain the tickets through illegal ways, including but not limited to forging or duplicating valid tickets, or obtain the tickets in a way that is not in accordance with what has been determined by the Organizer as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Organizers reserves the right to change the schedules based on trainers’ schedule and other technical reasons. Please check our Instagram account (@justdanceitout.official) periodically updated information about Just Dance It Out 2025

Ticketing 

1. Tickets can only be purchased through bookmyshow.com. Tickets are only for admission to Just Dance It Out 2025.
2. Ticket price excludes Entertainment Tax 10%, Booking Fee 3% and its VAT.
3. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 1 (one) per transaction within the same category. 1 (one) email address, 1 (one) ID card and 1 (one) phone number is limited to 1 (one) transaction. If the consumer is a minor and will be accompanied by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian must provide a valid ID Card.
4. Name in accordance with a valid ID Card is required to purchase tickets to Just Dance It Out 2025. Make sure to buy tickets using your valid and correct matching data (ID Card/KK/KTP/SIM/Passport). Your ticket(s) cannot be changed and/or modified once the purchase has been made.
5. The Ticket Holder can only attend sessions that are specified on the ticket purchased.
6. In the event of a canceled event, tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Organizer. Refunds do not include any other personal costs of the Ticket Buyer (e.g. travel expenses, accommodation expenses, etc).
7. In order for a valid entry on the event day, the Ticket Buyer will be asked to provide Photo ID (ID Card/KK/KTP/SIM/Passport). If the name and photo on the ID Card is differ with the TIcket Holder, the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry.
8. The Organizer has the right to refuse or prohibit event attendee entry if the ticket barcode has been used before.
9. The resale of tickets at the same price or any price in excess of the official purchase price is prohibited. Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial third-parties or resellers.
10. Organizer has the right to change, add or modify all provisions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and/or information on the event (including but not limited to attendance and performances by judges or trainers, and order of activities) at any time, for any reason without prior notice or compensation to ticket buyers.

Health and Safety 

1. For audiences who feel unwell, wearing a mask throughout the event is highly recommended.
2. The organizer reserves all rights to add any additional Terms / Conditions related to health protocols in accordance with the prevailing law and/or regulations at the time of the event.

Special Needs Assistance 

1. There is a limited quota for wheelchair accessible seating. For more information regarding wheelchair accessible seating and booking, please contact our customer service to process your booking. To get your booking , you must present your medical certificate as the proof of disability. The Organizer only accepts a legitimate medical certificate from a legitimate institution and physician.

Age Restriction 

1. Children under the age of 14 (fourteen) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 (eighteen) or over. If accompanied by a legal guardian, a consent letter signed by a parent must be provided.

Security Check and Prohibited Items 



1. We take your safety seriously. To ensure a smooth and secure entry process for everyone, we will be conducting thorough security checks, which may include:
2. Visual inspections of bags and belongings.
3. Airport-style pat-down searches.
4. Electronic drug detection and K-9 screenings.
5. You have the right to refuse a search, but the Organizer may deny you entry if you do.
6. The following items are not permitted in the event and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue area:
7. Alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances.
8. Pyrotechnic items or explosives including fireworks, candles, lighters;
9. Flammable material including alcohol, gasoline and kerosene.
10. Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, iron bar, wooden bar, sharp object or material, helmets, metal/plastic knuckles, self-defense spray (tear, pepper-spray), stun guns (taser) or any electric shock devices;
11. Any suspicious casual objects which can be used as a weapon or projectile including tools, chemicals, suspicious powder, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and other poles or tripods.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to remove disruptive attendees without a refund.
13. The promoter is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
14. All attendees, including the media, are subject to these security measures.
